Acquired in 2012 in partnership with AEW Capital Management, 99Twenty is a 120,000 square foot Class A office tower located in San Diego’s corporate headquarters, research, and technology, submarket hub – Sorrento Mesa. Prominently situated on the corner of Pacific Heights Boulevard and Mira Mesa Boulevard, One Pacific Heights offers excellent visibility and access. Since acquisition, LeBeau Realty & Associates has completed an extensive renovation program upgrading the first floor lobby, elevators, all common areas, corridors, tenant suites, and exterior parking lot and site. LeBeau Realty & Associates also developed a new 7,000 square foot building on the site which contains a restaurant amenity and conference center.
